The Hellenic Center of Photography, the organisation behind Athens Photo Festival, connects education, public program, and research-led initiatives, including the newly established APhRC.

Rooted in Athens and connected internationally, APhRC brings together educational programmes, a library and archive, and practice-based research. It is designed as a meeting point for ideas, creative risk-taking, and long-term artistic growth.
