Images of Germany, 8 Photographic Positions

In 1990, the year of German reunification, seven distinguished East-German photographers founded in Berlin the OSTKREUZ agency. Today, the OSTKREUZ has 17 members from East and West Germany, being a consolidated and well renown organism. From the exhibition that was presented in Berlin for the 15 years of agency ´s foundation, was created a version with 8 representative artistic opinions for this exhibition.

The 8 artists, members of OSTKREUZ, approach different aspects of German reality,each one from his own personal prospect. The present exhibition shows not only the current situation in Germany, but also the particular artistic opinion of OSTKREUZ photographers .
