Fabian Schubert

Most of the landscapes we frequented definitely are pictorial. But we made the experience, that a Plein Air Painter still causes some curiosity regarding the results of his painterly efforts. Sometimes children came to look, realising that the painter was painting his own shirt and told their parents what they found out. Sometimes people joined Fabian in taking photos. But generally we must say that most people respectfully let a Plein Air painter and a photographer get on with their work. Fortunately for Fabian, Hank never felt the urge to actually paint the landscape instead of his own shirt. Otherwise Fabian’s part as a photographer would then have been obsolete and probably Hanks art as well.
