Eni Koukoula (GR)

Eni Koukoula presents her new work, entitled “Another land”, a group of mainly
coloured images, with all that surrounds modern humanity and creates its
alienation, anxiety, as well as the dream-like solitude through which each
penetrates reality. The images are distinguished by their intense textural cohesion,
and the viewer is called upon to approach them in the same slow silence that is
imposed by the divided spaces, the remote people and cut-off objects. Light has a
primary role to play: not constituting an external element, but instead constituting
a manner in which to apprehend the world.
