Main Exhibitions

Bringing together 70 artists and collectives from 30 countries, the Main Exhibitions extend across all of the museum’s exhibition spaces. Through photographic works, interactive installations, screenings, archival material and artist publications, the exhibitions engage critically with the challenges and complexities of our time, positioning photography as a field of artistic research, reflection and dialogue.

Guided Tours

Guided tours focus on the Main Exhibitions at Benaki Museum / Pireos 138, offering visitors an introduction to the work of the participating artists.

The Festival’s Main Exhibitions occupy all of the museum’s exhibition spaces, extending across approximately 3,000 square metres.

Monday–Wednesday: Closed

The Benaki Museum Shop and café-restaurant are open during museum opening hours.

The Festival’s main venue is barrier-free. Exhibitions are accessible to wheelchair and mobility scooter users via lift.

Festival Catalog
The Athens Photo Festival 2026 catalogue and the official Festival tote bag are available at the Benaki Museum Shop during museum opening hours. A selection of photobooks and artist publications from the Festival’s Book Program is also available at the shop.

€12 Reduced admission:
€9 Reduced admission is available to eligible visitors. Free admission applies to specific groups in accordance with the Benaki Museum’s admission policy.
