“Iliako Chorio” (Solar Village) was a newly built model settlement in the northern suburbs of Athens, designed to function as an ecological prototype. Solar panels and concentrators were installed on rooftops instead of conventional heating and hot water supply systems, aiming to save energy and protect the environment. However, the project ultimately turned out to be a failed experiment. Through my communication with the residents, I began to document the stories and myths of the complex, resulting in a collection of images that blend autobiography, documentary, and fiction.
